According to his own statements, the “Walking Dead” star Norman Reedus (53) improvised quite a bit and stopped in front of their daughter for the hand of fellow actor Diane Kruger (46). He actually wanted to propose to Kruger during a motorcycle tour together, but due to a thunderstorm, among other things, he didn't get around to it on the trip, the actor told comedian Jimmy Kimmel.

"I felt bad that I didn't do it and our daughter Nova was sitting on my lap," Reedus said. So he asked Kruger to get his boot, in which he had hidden the ring. "And then I proposed to her and she started crying and Nova started crying - everyone was crying." Nova then asked why they were all crying. "And Diane was like, 'Those are happy tears!'"

According to "People" magazine, Reedus and the Hollywood actress ("Inglourious Basterds", "Out of Nowhere") met in 2015. They made their relationship public in 2017. Nova was born in November 2018.
