When are the Madrid Gay Pride 2022 parties?

Gay Pride is back like every year and Madrid will once again be dyed in colors to celebrate LGBT diversity. A very special year also for the capital of Spain, which will also celebrate the 30th anniversary of the first EuroPride.

Already known as MADO'22, these parties will last around 10 days, from July 1 to 10, and will turn the city into a meeting point for people of different genders, races and sexual orientations to debate, celebrate and make visible the struggle of the LGTBI collective.

But when are the Madrid Gay Pride 2022 parties? What events will be held every day at the parties of the LGTBI collective in Madrid? This is all you have to know.

The Gay Pride festivities will begin on July 1 and will end on Sunday, July 10 with the closing of Pride 2022.

The LGTB Pride demonstration, which will be held next Saturday, July 9, will be the epicenter of the MADO'22 festivities and will tour the center of the city of Madrid, from Atocha station to Plaza de Colón. An event that is expected to be attended by more than two million people and that already has the participation of at least 50 floats from different associations and institutions.

However, this will not be the only event that will take place in the Spanish capital to celebrate LGBT Pride. These are the celebrations that you cannot miss at MADO'22:

It is still unknown what will be the program of the parties and the concerts that will take place. What is known is that the Plaza de Pedro Zerolo will once again host the proclamation as every year and, unlike other years, the Sol festivities will move to Plaza de España.

Other stages will be placed in the Plaza de Callao, in the Palacio de Cibeles and in the Plaza de Colón. In addition, for the first time in the Plaza del Rey a platform dedicated to women will be established.
