The mayor of Sports, Pablo García, has participated this Friday in the delivery of a gift to the boys and girls participating in the first week of the Sports Camp of the Municipal Sports Board (PDM) which this year celebrates its second edition with a full house of participants . In the pavilion attached to the athletics track in the Polígono neighborhood, the little ones have collected a t-shirt, courtesy of Soliss, from the commercial director of the insurance company, José Javier del Cerro, as well as a medal and a diploma for their participation in this camp.

The summer camp of the Municipal Sports Board takes place from June 22 to September 2 for children born between 2010 and 2018, from 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. and takes place weekly from June 22 in the School of Gymnastics and in the Pavilion of Santa María de Benquerencia.

Among the activities that the participants enjoy are: mini sport, tatami games, athletics, racket sports, hockey and many group games for children to develop their social skills and teamwork.
