The Civil Guard has arrested a 32-year-old man for an alleged crime of sexual abuse of a young man in the Valencian town of Albal. The arrested person has a history of similar acts.

On April 20, an 18-year-old boy entered a premises owned by the abuser to ask him to repair an appliance, reports the armed institute.

The man abused the victim after closing the door and the shutter of the establishment. Then, the young man alerted a friend by phone, who quickly came and banged on the blind until the owner opened and suggested they go to the back room to consume substances and alcohol, as well as to have a sexual encounter.

The two friends took advantage of a distraction by the suspect to flee the premises and report what had happened.

Finally, on May 3, the investigators verified the existence of antecedents for similar events denounced in Carlet (Valencia).

After the investigations, the man, of Spanish nationality, was arrested for an alleged crime of sexual abuse. The Court of Instruction and First Instance 3 of Catarroja decreed a restraining order on the victim.
