One of the best-selling electric cars in Europe, like its role model VW Golf, wants to be in the sun. In order for this to succeed, the ID3 gets a facelift that brings it a new front, more valuable materials and a larger screen in the interior. There is also the latest software generation and new equipment details. “The new ID.3 confirms our claim to quality, design and sustainability. The design is becoming more mature, and the materials in the interior are of higher quality,” says Imelda Labbé, Head of Sales at Volkswagen. The criticisms of the customers should have flowed into the facelift, as Labbé emphasizes: “The needs of our customers are our focus. That’s why we listen carefully and align our product portfolio to your requirements.”

After Zwickau and Dresden, the Volkswagen main plant in Wolfsburg will also begin production of the VW ID3 in mid-2023. The electric Golf brother is available in the equipment lines Life, Business, Style, Max and Tour at prices from 43,995 euros. Deliveries are hardly expected before the fourth quarter of 2023 due to the high order backlog.
