Telefónica is close to closing the purchase of the German company BE-Terna, an integrator of business solutions in the cloud, a specialist in CRM platforms -customer management applications- and ERP -resource planning and integration of business processes- that will give it a presence in Germany, Austria, Switzerland and Denmark.

BE-Terna, which has just integrated its Austrian rival HeldenDaten, is valued at around 375 million, with which the German operation is close to what until now was the disbursement record: the purchase of the British company CanCom.
