According to the Norfolk County District Attorney, Karen Read, 41 years old is being charged with manslaughter and leaving the scene after a motor vehicle collision that caused death and homicide.

O'Keefe was discovered in the snow close to a Fairview Road residence belonging to people he knew. Investigators believe that O'Keefe and Read arrived in the area around midnight on Saturday, according to investigators.
