Innsomnia launches its Inntalent 2022 program, an intrapreneurship initiative to promote innovation within companies with its own modular, scalable and personalized method, which allows corporations to obtain functional prototypes of products and services adapted to the market. It is a program that can be adjusted to the needs of each company regardless of the degree of maturity of its internal innovation strategy.

Inntalent 2022 was born with the aim of generating internal levers for innovation and entrepreneurship within the companies themselves, all through mentoring, training and external support, in matters such as technological design, advice on access to financing and legal and financial support. industrial property.

The program aims to educate and train company personnel to undertake disruptive projects within them, in addition to promoting the culture of innovation within corporations and promoting the hybridization of internal and external talent.

To this end, Inntalent offers an intrapreneurship itinerary in two phases: a first phase of incubation, in which the participants will test the market, the innovative capacity of the project and the potential demand from customers, and a second phase of scaling, in which the teams are trained in prototyping methodologies and tools to be able to launch products directly to the market. Another novelty of this program is the implementation of JobCrafting methodologies to guarantee that the employee can adapt their job to their abilities, skills and talent.

The Inntalent 2022 intrapreneurship program includes mentorships by a dozen internationally renowned professionals such as Paco Bree, Juana Lara, Eloi Noya, Martín Huete, Paloma Roldán, Cristina Carrascosa or Pedro Bisbal, who will train intrapreneurs in agile methodologies and they will provide them with prototyping tools to ensure the success of the pilots they develop.

In previous editions, the Inntalent program has been successfully tested in collaboration with large companies and public institutions. One of the examples of good practices in this Innsomnia program is Santalucía Impulsa, which, after five editions, has managed to launch successful products and services on the market and even, in the 2021 edition, develop a functional project through Venture Building. Another example is the Ports 4.0 program of Puertos del Estado focused on the digitization of the Ports of General Interest of the State, with different projects developed through a specific process of intrapreneurship.

Inntalent 2022 is configured as a horizontal and transversal program, which intends that the pilots of the program can, in the future, evolve into a corporate Venture Building project, receive investment and support to scale their projects.

For this, they can also count on the technical, human and training support of the Inndux and Tufinanziación teams, companies of the Innsomnia group. This edition of Inntalent has a marked international vision and seeks to promote global interconnection through visits by intrapreneurship teams to successful ecosystems to exchange experiences and detect new opportunities.

Likewise, to facilitate support and mentoring, as well as the relationship between teams, Innsomnia has its own digital platform, virtual headquarters and meeting point for intrapreneurs, which hosts both training, mentoring and sessions as well as work in a functional prototype.
