A rewarding new job

A year ago, Leslie, 33, left Paris to join Kiplin. West, all! “I worked as a graphic designer for an architect. A friend told me about this company that is unlike any other. While Kiplin offers health games that are practiced as a team, to promote physical activity among participants, his boss sees far. “We have two targets, details Vincent. Since its creation, Kiplin has already moved 160,000 people. Among the clients: BPCE, EDF, Roland Berger, Boursorama, Heineken, Google or Hermès. On the public side, the AP-HP, the Curie Institute, Ramsay Health or the Léon Bérard cancer center.

Today, the SME has 55 employees. Its turnover and its workforce have doubled in 2021. And the company is labeled ESUS (Social Utility Solidarity Company). A social and ethical utility that makes sense for young graduates who now want to work to earn a living, but not only... "Many candidates contact us spontaneously, it's a real ethical choice after starting a career in a traditional the Paris region", concludes the founder.
