Agents of the National Police have arrested a twenty-four-year-old young man in Valencia as the alleged perpetrator of a crime of injury, after allegedly sticking a knife in his father's hand, throwing him to the ground, kicking him and hitting him on the head with a trunk shock absorber, as reported by the Superior Headquarters in a statement.

The events occurred around 11:00 p.m. on Friday when the police officers were commissioned by the 091 Chamber to go to a home in the Valencian district of Trànsits, where a son allegedly stabbed his father.

The agents quickly went to the place and once there, in the vicinity of the portal, they observed a man bleeding profusely from the head.

The police found out that, minutes before, he would have argued with his son in the family home and, at one point, the young man would have approached the father with a knife, warning that he was going to "kill" him, and stabbed him with the weapon white in the left hand.

After a struggle, the father fell to the ground, at which point the son allegedly kicked him and hit him on the head with a boot shock absorber. After the attack, the young man fled the home.

The police officers requested health care for the victim, who was treated on the spot, where four staples were placed in the gap in his head and he was later transferred to a hospital.

The agents gave several raids in the area in order to locate the suspect, who was finally found on Burjassot Avenue, where he was arrested as the alleged perpetrator of a crime of injury. The arrested person, with a police record, has been taken to court.
