Was the henchman for the Islamic State: Is shown

Five to six years in prison.

this was the strafpåstanden Thursday morning in the Copenhagen city Court from the charges, when three men were found guilty of being minions of the terrorist organization Islamic State.

Skyldigkendelserne was received with the serious mines of the three men, who all had refused to commit. And on tilhørerrækkerne broke some of their family members out in tears and sniffling.

Nævningetinget found all three men - 31-year-old Fady Atef Mohammad, a 30-year-old Coskun Ibrahim Simsir and 31-year-old Umut Olgun - guilty of having procured and disseminated among the other drones, hobbyfly, and other equipment to IS in Syria/Iraq in the period 2013-2017.

the Purchases had a value of around dkk 400,000.

the Court, however, would not agree to convict the three men after the criminal strictest terrorbestemmelse, the maximum can trigger a life sentence. Instead, they were found guilty after a slightly milder sub-clause to have facilitated a terrorist organisation's business.

Here is the penalty of six years in Betticket prison, and according to the prosecution must offences against the three lie in the level.

"If the defendants had supplied hobbyfly and drones, would the Islamic State have been eyes from the air. It has changed the whole Islamic State business. It gave the opportunity for planned and coordinated attack," said the senior prosecutor, Sidsel Klixbüll from the Copenhagen Police.

One of the three men - Umut Olgun is a Turkish citizen, and he should, according to the prosecution expelled forever.

The 31-year-old man has resided lawfully in Denmark for 28 years, and has a wife and two small children of three and five years.

During the proceedings it emerged that the man's two sisters have chosen to join Islamic State.

"If the family must make the difficult, may not be essential for udvisningsforholdet," argued the case to another prosecutor, senior prosecutor Kristian Kirk - in his strafprocedure.

"Even though Umut has strong ties to Denmark, is the big problem for him, that in the other the scales of justice are terrorloddet, which pretty much trumps everything. When Umut has chosen to help to commit crime in violation of terrorlovgivningen for the benefit of such a cruel organization as the Islamic State, there can never be any doubt that the Danish society has a vital interest in protecting themselves against his crime," stressed the prosecutor.

Fady Atef Mohammad and Coskun Ibrahim Simsir was also indicted for aiding and abetting terrorism in connection with a specific ICE-attacks at a military base in Syria in 2014.

According to the indictment, they have purchased GoPro cameras, which were later used for reconnaissance in connection with the attack on the base of Ain Issa in august 2014, where at least 27 soldiers were killed.

Nævningetinget dismissed, however, for two of the charges, since the court did not find it proven that they were aware that the cameras were to use for reconnaissance prior to the attack.

There will only be meted out penalties in the case on Friday 6. december at. 15.
