Born June 11, 1920 in Reyrieux (Ain), bachelor of letters, Albin Chalandon in the Resistance and participated in the Liberation of Paris in 1944. After the inspection of Finance, he became a member of the cabinet of Léon Blum, then president of the provisional government.
