Jacques Toubon, who was minister of Justice from 1995 to 1997, must retire from office at the head of the independent authority at the end of July, after six years of mandate. His successor, Emmanuel Macron has chosen Clear Hédon, 57-year-old and a leader since 2015 of the association " ATD-Quart monde, who fight against extreme poverty.
