As expected, the German champions asserted themselves 3-0 (25:17, 25:23, 25:16) against the still winless VC Olympia Berlin without a number of regular players on Saturday, but did not offer a convincing performance against the youth team from Hohenschönhausen for long stretches . With the optimum number of points of 24 from eight games, the BR Volleys remain leaders in the Bundesliga.

The volleys had occupied two fundamentally important positions. The Brazilian Matheus Krauchuk was allowed to play on the diagonal position, while the Australian Arash Donsanjh, who was only signed at the beginning of the week, directed the game.
