In the summer of 2020, the winner of the second season of "Germany's next top model" became a mother for the first time. The 35-year-old now announces on Instagram: The model's second child is to be born in the fall.
Barbara Meier and her husband, Klemens Hallmann, embark on a "Mission Baby - Part II". The model announced on Instagram that she is pregnant again. The couple's second child is expected in the fall.
"We are incredibly happy that we will soon have a second baby that will enrich our life so infinitely every day - and will continue to confuse it," explains Meier in the accompanying comment. Compared to before, her life has "changed a lot" in the past two years. But the couple didn't want to "miss a second of it".
Her daughter Marie-Therese was born in July 2020. Many stars and fans were delighted with the sweet news. "Congratulations, dear ones," said the moderator Sylvie Meis. Actress Tina Ruland enthused: "Oh, how wonderful. I'm very happy for and with you." And other celebrities like Riccardo Simonetti and Frauke Ludowig left congratulations or happy emojis.
Meier made the relationship with the Austrian entrepreneur public in spring 2016. In May 2018, Hallmann proposed to her in Cannes. The wedding then took place on June 1, 2019 in Venice. On this day, the model not only wore a princess-style wedding dress by Israeli couture label Galia Lahay, but also two other outfits.
