Pirotecnia Ferrández will open and close the mascletàs of the Plaza de los Luceros, which will be fired from June 18 to 24, according to the agreement reached this Friday by the members of the jury after the six proposals presented within the established period.
In this way, the jury, based on the bases, has decided that Pirotecnia Ferrández, the one that has presented the largest regulated mass in its project, fires the first and last day. Of course, on June 18 it will not enter the competition and the power of the shots has been the argument put forward to designate the days, according to the consistory in a statement.
It has also been made official that Hermanos Sirvent Pyrotechnics will be in charge of shooting the Palm tree announcing the cremà.
It will be made up of 1,200 rockets and the radius will be 300 meters.
The City Council recalls that the first pyrotechnic shots of the 2022 Bonfires are scheduled for June 4, 11 and 12. The collaboration between the Federation of Fogueres and the Mahou-San Miguel brewing company will make it possible for three mascletàs to be moved to different neighbourhoods: Saturday June 4 at Gran Vía Garbinet, Saturday 11 at Playa de San Juan (PAU 5) and Sunday 12 in Benalúa (parking new courts).
