The lawyer of a fictitious plaintiff in the Munich NSU trial is available from today, Friday in Aachen before the court. He is accused of, among other things, for fraud. The lawyer should not have represented the NSU trial before the higher regional court of Munich, a victim of the nail bomb attack in June 2004 in Cologne's keupstrasse, it was in reality. For this, he will have to get from 2013 to 2015, wrong payments, which amounted to more than EUR 200 000, as the district court of Aachen said.

The defendant from Eschweiler denies the allegations. He had not known that the victim did not exist. A real, now deceased co-plaintiff in the NSU-process should have offered the 52-year-old lawyer, fake documents of the alleged victim against a Commission. For the process of eleven hearing days are scheduled until the end of November.
