Aaron Ramsey joined Rangers on loan to Juventus for the remainder of the season.

Ramsey's move is seen as a coup for the Scottish Premiership leader, with Juventus cooperating in wages to ensure he fits into Ibrox's wage structure.
Many Premier League clubs were also interested in the Wales international, who has scored 20 goals in 71 games for his nation.

Ramsey, who played 83 games for Juventus, could make his Rangers debut against Celtic on Wednesday. Live on Sky Sports.

He stated, "I am really happy to be joining a Club like Rangers where there are so many things to look forward too between now and May.

"I received a lot of offers, but none of them matched the size of this club with European football and the opportunity to play in front 50,000 people every week.

"I've had many great conversations with Ross Wilson and the manager, and I'm looking forward to working alongside them and meeting their supporters."

Giovanni van Bronckhorst added that he was delighted to have Aaron as a manager.

"As soon it was suggested as a possibility I was keen to see us try everything to make the deal happen, and huge credit must be given to Ross and the Board for all the hard work they put into this."

"He was disappointing at Serie A. He was a disappointment in Serie A. It's a surprise that he doesn't have a lot of Premier League clubs available.

Ramsey's second campaign at Juventus, under Maurizio Sarr and then Andrea Pirlo, was a success, and saw him win Serie A and Coppa Italia titles.

Massimiliano Allegri has had some issues this season, but mainly due to injuries that have kept him from making more than three Serie A appearances.

Ramsey has missed 17 games in this season's league, the same number as his two previous seasons at Juventus.
