Sebastian Fitzek (50) and his partner Linda got married. The bestselling author announced this in an Instagram post. He wrote a few romantic lines: "Arrived never to stand still! In my imagination, I have never succeeded in conceiving such a wonderful creature as Linda, who said 'yes' to my happiness in life."

He also shared three photos showing the bridal couple on their big day in Croatia, including on a jetty right on the water and beaming at the big wedding dance including pyrotechnics. The bride chose a simple silk dress with long sleeves, a train and a deep V-neckline. Fitzek threw himself into an elegant black tuxedo, with which he wore a white shirt, a bow tie and a brooch.
