Lovato got his first roles as a teenager and rose to fame as one of the stars of the Disney network. The singer says she felt overworked at the beginning of her career and then developed an eating disorder, as she said in 2020. The musician has spoken publicly about drug addiction and mental health issues in the past. On the album "Dancing With The Devil... The Art of Starting Over", released in 2021, she worked through addictions and trauma - including alcohol addiction, eating disorders and a near-fatal overdose in 2018.
