Shock for Arabella Kiesbauer (53): The presenter had an accident while skiing in the Kitzbühel Alps and broke her leg. She reported on the incident on Instagram and showed several pictures of the rescue operation by numerous paramedics in a short video.

They came to the aid of Kiesbauer in full gear and transported her down the mountain on a stretcher. "Many thanks to the competent mountain rescue service," wrote the presenter. In another picture she is lying in bed with her leg injury and reading a magazine. "I'll have an operation next week," Kiesbauer revealed.

Just a few days ago, the presenter was busy posting pictures and videos from her winter vacation in Kitzbühel. "We're in the mountains and tried out the winter toboggan run today! Very funny!", she commented on a series of photos from tobogganing.
