In Germany, the competition for specialists and talented young people is raging. But how do you attract the best people to your area? And what do they want? What makes a successful welcome culture? The Regionalverband Ruhr (RvR) commissioned a study from the opinion research institute Yougov Germany to find answers. 2816 people were surveyed who had moved to one of the seven major metropolitan regions within the past ten years, i.e. Berlin-Brandenburg, Frankfurt/Rhine-Main, Hamburg, Rhine (Cologne, Düsseldorf), Ruhr, Munich and Stuttgart.
