Almost every second company applied for state help

The findings of a survey conducted by the University of Mannheim and the ZEW Institute, the "Süddeutsche Zeitung" reported.

Two-thirds of the 8,500 companies, which took part in the survey, have claimed any Form of state aid. The three most commonly used measures of short-time working money, Corona relief and the deferral of tax payments.

40 percent of the companies said to have been a result of the pandemic, at least 30 percent of sales lost. 80 percent of the companies expect a second wave of Infection. All the go fast that this occurs before the end of the year.
