The dynamics of the Russian troops is accelerating. They are gradually approaching, both from the north and from the south, the Sloviansk-Kramatorsk-Kostiantynivka-Artemivsk (or Bajmut) trapeze, in the Donetsk oblast and where, possibly, the final battle for the Donbass will take place.

It is a scenario that gets on Zelensky's nerves who, daily, dispatches against the slow pace of his weapons suppliers and their insufficient destructive capacity. It is a rosary of complaints that grows parallel to the advances of the Russian troops in the Donbass. The recent "confidence" of the Ukrainian leader stands out, setting between "50 and 100" his own daily casualties. Unprecedented exercise of "transparency" that implies recognizing a daily decline in his own combat capacity, equivalent to that of an infantry company.

It is not known whether these unorthodox accounts include the casualties and losses that Ukrainian forces sporadically suffer outside Donbass as a result of Russian bombardments against targets of opportunity, such as, for example, that of March 13, against a military training camp in Yavoriv, ​​just twenty kilometers from the Polish border. A surprise attack that raised a huge cloud of dust in the Western media and all of its consequences were quickly hidden as it involved facilities where foreign instructors trained Ukrainian units in the use of weapons received from abroad.
