The German Institute for Quality and Finance (Itqf) is part of the BurdaVerlag publishing group, a leader in quality surveys in Europe. For over 20 years it has been conducting market surveys aimed at analyzing the economic and qualitative aspect of companies operating in strategic sectors of the life of a country: the German health system, work, electronics, banks, insurance, distribution, utilities, health and leisure. .

The Institute collects and analyzes quality information from a wide variety of recognized sources, evaluating thousands of companies, products and services every year. To do this, it makes use of a specialized team of researchers and, often, also of qualified partners such as statistical centers, research institutes, universities, telecommunications engineers, to carry out detailed analyzes. His investigations are absolutely objective, impartial and are not sponsored, in any way, by the people and companies involved in the studies. Professionalism and over ten years of experience have made the Institute the number one in Europe for investigations and quality seals. Thanks to an exclusive collaboration with the Republic, his studies are also published in Italy, a country in which he has been present since 2013 with the aim of creating guidance for consumers and making markets more transparent.

In all the analyzes carried out by the Institute, the method used is that of the impartial comparison of products, services and companies. Comparison that is conducted through different scientific methods, for example an online survey using the Cawi method, carried out together with the ServiceValue Institute. After each survey, the German Institute assigns quality seals to companies that offer the best and most competitive service in the respective sectors analyzed. The seals, also known as “blue stickers”, can be used by companies in any communication tool to increase their credibility because they have become a guarantee of quality for consumers and of success for companies.
