The Valencian Tax Agency (ATV) has already opened the appointment service for the "Més Prop de Tu" plan, the face-to-face, free and personalized care service with which the Generalitat will help throughout the month of June to Valencian taxpayers to draw up their 2021 Income Tax Return.

In this way, the ATV recovers the face-to-face help service after two years in which the support and help service for citizens has only been possible by telephone as a result of Covid-19. For this reason, from June 1, the 2.4 million people in the Community who are obliged to declare will be able to receive face-to-face assistance from the experts of the Valencian Tax Agency.

To do this, citizens must indicate when requesting the appointment in which venue they prefer to be attended (both the 25 offered by the regional administration and at any of the state headquarters, as well as the day and time that best suits them «with what we facilitate service to taxpayers to the maximum, avoiding unnecessary waiting and guaranteeing personalized quality attention", assured the Minister of Finance, Arcadi Spain.

The “Més prop de tu” face-to-face service campaign will be open until June 30 for all taxpayers regardless of their age and income level, and the channels to request an appointment will be the same for all offices, including offices state, thus facilitating management and procedures for citizens.

The prior appointment can be arranged from now on through the website of the State Tax Agency, consult here, from the 'Tax Agency' app, through the 24-hour automatic telephone number 915357326 or 901121224 or through the personal attention telephone number for prior appointment 915530071 or 901223344, which will be available from Monday to Friday from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m.

"With the return to face-to-face assistance throughout the entire Valencian Community, we want to guarantee that all taxpayers, who wish to correctly comply with their tax obligations, are guaranteed a face-to-face assistance service close to their home", Arcadi España pointed out after to point out that "for this, this year we have increased the number of available personnel, guaranteeing that all citizens who so wish can receive technical support, information and solve their doubts in relation to their income statement for free".

The face-to-face service, called "Més prop de tu", financed by the Generalitat, offers advice and the possibility of making the declaration from the ATV headquarters in Valencia (Calle Gregorio Gea, 14) and from its delegations in Alicante ( Calle Churruca, 15) and in Castellón de la Plana (Plaza Tetuán, 38), to which will be added another 22 temporary rental offices that the Generalitat is going to install in 21 municipalities of the Valencian Community.

Arcadi Spain has remarked that after two difficult years due to the pandemic, "we had the obligation to make this service available to Valencian citizens as soon as possible, given that for a subject as sensitive as this there are many citizens who have to resort to tax professionals to correctly complete their income.

This year, the ATV has doubled the number of offices that will provide the face-to-face assistance service, due to the fact that it has completed the 23 permanent offices that the State Tax Agency has to carry out this service with a total of 25 additional positions.

Specifically, in the province of Alicante, to the eight AEAT delegations that exist permanently in the capital, the Generalitat will add another eight temporary offices in Altea, Santa Pola, El Pinós, El Campello, Torrevieja, Xaló, Jijona and L'Alfàs del Pi.

For its part, the three AEAT headquarters that currently exist in the province of Castellón (Castellón, Villarreal and Vinaroz) will be joined by seven offices dependent on the Generalitat that will be located in L'Alcora, Sant Mateu, Segorbe, Morella, Vistabella del Maestrat, Benicarló and Montanejos.

Lastly, in the province of Valencia, seven ATV offices will be added to the existing thirteen delegations in six different municipalities, since Chiva will have an office both in the center of the municipality and in the Calicanto urbanization. To them will be added those of Albaida, Chelva, Ayora, Ademuz and Font de la Figuera.
