Hasparren: A new service at the townhall for associations

Two years of slow progress due to the health environment has seen community life slowly regain its rights. As stated in the campaign intentions, Hasparren just established a new service called "Sport, Culture and Associative Life". Its purpose is to better manage the logistical and administrative needs of the municipalities' associations. The new Elgar Centre office will allow the stadium agents, sports educators, and reception staff to respond to all requests.

The invitation to a meeting in the Emile Lavigne room was accepted by more than 40 organizations and 100 people. Isabelle Pargade (Mayor of Hasparren) made it a point to present the new structure to all those involved, and encouraged each other's initiatives.

She was a strong advocate for "living together", and this evening was well attended. The encouragement of inter-association projects and the pooling of premises will be strong. It is clear that this new organization will allow for more exchanges between partners through better coordination.
