The attention-grabbing sentence above is perhaps just an allegation. But it is at the same time the plain truth.

In any case, if you ask a journalist Nynne Bjerre Christensen, who is a former tv host at DR-program 'Deadline'.

Her statement is the latest shot in the debate on the gender production of the female tv show hosts.

The debate has arisen in the wake of that the DR host Lise Rønne the other day in an op-ed piece raising the cry of sexism in the form of a degrading linguistic processing in Politiken.

According to Nynne Bjerre Christensen, the individual female host also take a responsibility. Together with editors and stylists the host can help to shape their own look.
