Kuznetsov's rebound season earns him a spot on the All-Star roster

Kuznetsov's 2021-22 season was an amazing journey that has seen him go from trade rumors into an All-Star. Rumours circulated that Kuznetsov might be traded after a disappointing 2021 season. He was not traded and enjoyed a rebound year with 43 points (13 goals and 30 assists in 42 games). He had only 29 points in 41 games in 2021.

Kuznetsov and Alex Ovechkin, who were voted captains of the Metropolitan Division team, will be joining Kuznetsov. Las Vegas will host the All-Star Weekend on February 4th and 5.
