we came a few days ago the rumor to my attention that Universum Box-Promotion have made liquid reasons dissolved. It is a misunderstanding and we would like to hereby give a short opinion on these rumors:

In the Wake of the Takeover of the company Universum Box-Promotion GmbH in may 2019 Ismail Özen-Otto has a new company under the name of Universum Box-Promotion Global GmbH reasons to accept the Legacy of Universum Box-Promotion GmbH with regard to the filing for Insolvency in 2012, and to separate these from current and future transactions.

In the case of the above-mentioned resolution from the 21.05.2020 it is, therefore, the disused Universum Box-Promotion GmbH has and not to the currently running Universum Box-Promotion Global GmbH. All transactions and all contracts with boxers will remain as is.
