Health. As many victims of drug errors are condemning a pharmaceutical lab, it is fairly ordinary, albeit rare and difficult. But they earn against the State and doctors, it is exceptional. This is a first against the public power in the terrible case of the Depakine, used against epilepsy or bipolar disorder and causes in infants exposed in utero to birth defects and an increased risk of autism, and delayed language acquisition and/or walking.
