Usher (45) even surprised his family with his wedding in Las Vegas after the Super Bowl. The singer now revealed this to “Entertainment Tonight”. On February 11, 2024, Usher married his partner Jennifer Goicoechea (40) - just a few hours after rocking the halftime show of the National Football League (NFL) final.

"It was an incredible moment that we felt was great for us," the singer told "Entertainment Tonight." "It was the highlight at the end of an incredible run in Las Vegas," said the entertainer. By that he doesn't just mean his appearance at the Super Bowl. Usher ended his concert series in the player city in December.

"My mom was there, her mom was there, the kids were there, our immediate family was there," Usher continued about the wedding. All relatives are said to have been surprised. “We’re going to have a wedding,” he told them. "We'll let Elvis marry us."

However, the marriage was not entirely spontaneous. On February 8, Usher and Jennifer Goicoechea applied for the mandatory license. Three days later, they tied the knot in the car at a drive-in chapel. Usher's mother signed the wedding document as a witness.

Usher and Jennifer Goicoechea were first photographed together in 2016. The singer and the music manager have been in a relationship since 2019. The two already have two children together, daughter Sovereign (3) and son Sire (2). Usher brings with him the children Usher V (16) and Naviyd Ely (15) from his first marriage to Tameka Foster (53).
