Nikeata Thompson (42) is single again. The star choreographer, known among other things from "Germany's next top model", revealed on Thursday morning on "Sat.1 breakfast television": "I separated from my fiancé." She did not name the reasons for the love off.

After the breakup, Thompson needed a break, and she was on the verge of burnout. "Sometimes I just don't feel like it anymore. I actually have a colorful life, but I was so tired." A holiday in Bali helped her.

On the Indonesian island she learned to surf and faced her fear of the sea. "If you look at it from afar, it's something great. I like having such a shock therapy," she said in Sat.1. She feels better now: "There is always an up and down in life."

Nikeata Thompson announced the engagement on Instagram in June 2022. There she reported on her partner's marriage proposal, whose name is not known. "I have no words, only love in my heart," she wrote at the time.
