It started so well. But then it went downhill.
After coming flying out of the starting blocks, came to Denmark in big trouble against Norway.
There was mistake made on the strip, and it was punished swiftly.
It meant that Norway could call themselves the winners of the nordic bang with 22-19, while the dream of a semi-final suffered a severe blow for Denmark.
Finally did Denmark. Started as lightning and thunder against normændene, who had tremendously difficult to find a foothold. Denmark seemed to think faster, run faster and just be ahead in all of the game's facets.
They woke up, and the joy was not to last for Klavs Bruun Jørgensen's troops. Just as well the danes started as bad it developed. the
They could actually determine it yourself. Three wins would send Denmark in the semi-final, and then there was the game just five minutes of the first half, sat with the feeling of that first win could very well come in the house with the Danish flying start.
Unfortunately, that time in Norway, there better got shut down for the Danish stars, which suddenly seemed shocked. It must hurt.
Not just because of the good start but also because it was a Danish national team that really had the chance to beat the strong norwegians. It took the danes just don't, and there should almost be a minor miracle, that Denmark finishes among the top four now.
What went wrong?
A thought, there must nage danes. It happened just exactly that, nothing should happen. The danes began to make mistakes, and them stood Norway ready to punish. A team that is lightning fast and extremely toxic in kontraspillet, and it showed the once again..
When Denmark first began to fall afterwards, it was to ensure games replaced with something far more nervously, as it was also harder to find the openings in the Norwegian defence, that got tinkered with the brightness of the Danish profiles. It was simply not good enough.
A bright spot, however, was that Sandra Toft - again again - was good. An important key in the quest for OLYMPIC qualification.Updated Date: 08 December 2019, 13:00
