Three to be released in large-scale terrorsag on the weapons

PET's suspicion is not enough in relation to the woman and two men, which is therefore released. Prosecutors are considering an appeal.

the Suspicion is not strong in relation to three of the five persons, such as PET and the police are aiming to have tried to finance and buy guns and silencers to an act of terrorism.

It finds a judge in Copenhagen city Court on Friday. In contrast, there is a reasonable suspicion against the other two, who is remanded in custody until 8. January.

The two prisoners are, respectively, 24 and 25. Freed is a woman at 28, and two men, 26 and 21 years old.

All five were among the 22 arrested during a large-scale police operation on Wednesday. Thursday was three other people in custody on suspicion that they would produce one or more bombs, and carry out one or more terrorist acts.

Judge Lone Molsteds decision comes after a lengthy court hearing, which stretched over a total of 15 hours on Thursday and Friday.

the Charge is that the five must have tried to purchase both pistols, silencers and ammunition. It must be done over some months leading to Wednesday's arrest. The five all have denied committing.

What police suspect is really based on, is not known. For example, if the PET has investigated by means of one or more agents. Hearings have been held behind closed doors. Prosecutors have said that it would damage the investigation, if something comes forward publicly.

Apparently the PET's material has been fairly extensive. It suggests the many hour hearing on.

on Friday morning warned the defender for one of the later pre-trial detainees, attorney Jakob Lund Poulsen, against the hysteria and overdramatisering in the media and among politicians.

But his desire for openness about the case was dismissed by the judge.

the Upshot after Wednesday's action is that in all the five have been remanded in custody by grundlovsforhør in the Copenhagen city Court. In addition, a man has been remanded by the Court in Odense. The latter was arrested in connection with Wednesday's major police operation, but it is unknown what the man is charged, then the case is run for the dobbeltlukkede doors.

The freed woman was accompanied by a man on his way down the stairs in the district court. He carried her belongings in a black plastic bag. She did not want to speak with the press.

the Lawyers Carsten Fentz, Bear Caning and Eigil Beach got in rejecting a claim for the release of their clients. Because of the closed doors they can't comment on the details.

After the three releases considering the prosecution appeal against the orders of The high Court.

- There are no comments, says senior prosecutor, Sidsel Klixbüll after the hearing. She leads the word on behalf of the prosecutors who have conducted the hearings on Thursday and Friday.

one of The two imprisoned men does on-the-spot decision to the high court. The other has been taking reservations.
