The rumors are true: After British media had already speculated about the separation of Peter Phillips (46) and Lindsay Wallace (43), a spokesman for Princess Anne's son (73) has now confirmed the end of the relationship.

Phillips' official spokesperson told People magazine that the couple had separated and the news was a "private matter."

The eldest grandchild of the late Queen Elizabeth II (1926-2022) and the daughter of a British oil tycoon had been a couple for three years. She is a school friend of Phillips' sister Zara Tindall (42) and has known Phillips for many years. They were spotted together for the first time in March 2021.

Phillips and Wallace appeared together several times, including at official royal events. Phillips is said to have introduced his partner to the Queen in January 2022, and in the summer of the same year they appeared at the monarch's platinum jubilee celebrations.
