Moms village/street to the Old district named | Mammendorf

In the community, there is now a district-Grimm-Straße. The municipal Council agreed to name the garden path to the former district administrator.

Mammendorf – The garden path is located in the construction area "Mammendorf South" and is currently a non-upgraded field - and forest road. Since the garden path to the surrounding buildings – living space for about 270 people, a children's home and a senior citizens facility there – for the local road was dedicated, I had to find a new name. Because a local road in Mammendorf already bears the name "garden street".

mayor Josef Heckl suggested Alt-County Councilor Gottfried Grimm as a name-giver. Grimm had acquired during his 18-year term of office (1972 – 1990) great merits in the Western district, in particular, but also in mammendorf, so Heckl. Among other things, Grimm have brought to the leisure facility and was also for some years Chairman of the Association.

in Addition, he had used for the Expansion of the S3 range from Maisach to mammendorf and from numerous infrastructure measures were put in place, including, among other things, the construction of the multi-purpose hall. Heckl told the Council members that the 84-year-old district administrator about the honor that a road should be named after him, very pleased.

Except for the garden path were three more old corridor designations in the building sector, "Mammendorf South" new name. The BGM had proposed to name them after old craft occupations. Didn't like all of the members of the Council. Also, the naming of plants was discussed.

At the end of the proposal, the BGM was, however, a majority, and so they agreed on saddler street (parcel 289/2), blacksmith road (parcel 289/3), as well as Schusterweg (parcel 289/1).
