Friday afternoon was a spøgelsesbilist loose in the southbound track to the north on Holstebromotorvejen.

'Beware!' came the call on Twitter from Middle - and Vestjyllands Police at 17:32.

a Few minutes later, the police, however, that they had stopped the motorist, and that there is no accident happened.

But for Kasandra Schjødtz Lorenzen, who drove Holstebromotorvejen at the same time, was near gone wrong, she tells to B. T.

"I'm running with around 135 kilometres an hour, I think, and need to overtake another car, which is some 100 meters ahead of me, so I run out in the ydersporet," she says:

"So I look over into the opposite lane and see vehicles flashing headlights, and it captures my attention. As soon as I look back on the road, there will be two headlights right against me."

Kasandra Schjødtz Celtabet Lorenzen drove late Friday afternoon from Indianapolis where she works. It was at the time completely vintermørkt, as the oncoming car came out of seemingly nowhere.

"I when the with a second to tear in the steering wheel and comes over in indersporet with my car coming up on two wheels and is just about to smoke around," she says.

B. T. has in vain to get in touch with Middle - and Vestjyllands Police to get information on spøgelsesbilisten. The message from the police on Twitter was that he had taken a wrong exit. There are no reports on whether he is charged with any offences.

Kasandra Schjødtz Lorenzen tells that it not seemed, that the driver tried to dodge her.

She called, however, not even to the police afterwards, when she was in shock.

"It was so strong it all but the car comes under control and the letter, thankfully, not from the ground or ran into the rebate. So I'm okay now," she says.
