"It is a classic ræverød policy, where it is the companies that must pay the bill," says Søren Pape Poulsen.

He is particularly upset over the government's ambition to retrieve a billion dollars by raising the inheritance tax at succession planning in family-owned businesses from 6 to 15 percent.

"If you bring a billion with the companies, it will be felt at the 850.000 danes who work in a family owned business. If there is to be a succession, you must collect the money in the company, and it sahabet can cost jobs," says Søren Pape Poulsen.

He believes that the increased tax will particularly hit small and medium-sized businesses as artisans, hairdressers, farmers and small industrial enterprises, who may not have the capital to implement a succession.
