On November 5th, Americans will elect a new US president. The election is expected to be decided between incumbent Joe Biden (Democrat) and Donald Trump (Republican) - both will go into the party's internal primaries as favorites.

Voting takes place in the states. They, in turn, send electors to the presidential election committee. The person who can gather at least 270 voters there becomes head of state. Until then, the US election campaign will keep the world in suspense.
