Simone Thomalla (57) has separated from her partner. The actress and her partner DJ Nicolino Hermano will go their separate ways in the future, as Thomalla's management has confirmed to the "Bild" newspaper. However, the couple, who have been together for almost a year, are said to remain "friends", according to the TV star's management.

The "Spring" actress and the musician often appeared together in public last year and gave an interview to the television station Sat.1 as a couple at the end of February. Further details such as the reasons for the separation are not known at this time. According to the "Bild" report, however, other partners should not have played a role.

Thomalla, who only appeared again in her popular role as village helper Katja Baumann in the ZDF series "Frühling" at the beginning of the year, is to travel to Asia in a few days to be in front of the camera for ZDF's "Dream Ship". Before DJ Nicolino, the 57-year-old was in a relationship with national handball player Silvio Heinevetter (38). The relationship lasted twelve years.
