According to media reports, the Berlin public prosecutor's office has officially initiated investigations against Till Lindemann, and there are also several criminal charges under Section 177 of the Criminal Code. Investigators are checking whether the Rammstein singer is guilty of sexual assault, sexual assault or rape.

"We are just at the beginning," says Dennis Bock, Professor of Criminal Law and Criminal Procedure Law at the University of Kiel and criminal defense attorney. "First of all, an investigation will be carried out. An indictment would be the end of this investigation – we are still a long way from that at the moment."
