King Charles III and Queen Camilla: Relaxed mood on the balcony

After the coronation of King Charles III. (74) and Queen Camilla (75) on Saturday afternoon in London's Westminster Abbey was the traditional highlight for the fans on the program: the royal couple appeared - with a slight delay - together with selected family members on the balcony of Buckingham Palace.

The King and Queen looked relaxed as the fans cheered them on. Gradually, next to the two crowned heads, first the page of honor appeared, then Camilla's sister and one of the women who had been named the "Queen's Companions". Also on the balcony were Charles' firstborn Prince William (40) and his family and Charles' siblings Princess Anne (72) and Prince Edward (59) with family.

Together they watched the formation of the helicopters and the Red Arrows, the British Air Force's aerobatic team. Because of the heavy rain, the parade of military aircraft, the "Flypast", planned with 68 aircraft, only took place to a minimum.

Anyone who had hoped to see Prince Harry (38) on the balcony was disappointed. As announced, he did not appear in public with the royal family. Charles' other brother, Prince Andrew (63), was also not allowed to go.
