Because the full travel of the tires of the trailer broke, it came on Wednesday afternoon on the state road in Thalham (municipality of Weyarn) to an accident. Flying tire parts damaged two other cars.

Weyarn , Fortunately, only damage to property was in an accident on Wednesday (3. June) on the state road 2073 between Miesbach and Weyarn. As the police informed, was a 64-year-old Miesbach in the afternoon with a Hyundai delivery van on the road, pulled a loaded trailer.

Counter-16.20 p.m., the Team reached the place Thalham, as suddenly the full travel of a trailer tire independently made. The Wheel broke and hurled against the car of a 42-year-old Mies Bacher's; the front bumper was scratched as a result.

The material damage amounts to 3000 Euro

Also, the tire came loose from a trailer and crashed into the front of the vehicle, a 3 series BMW, controlled by a 65-year-old Munich; also, the front bumper of the BMW was damaged.

The total damage to the police is estimated to be around 3000 Euro. No one was hurt. For the time of the accident the traffic on the state road for about an hour, had to be regulated by police officers.

Why the tire came off, according to the police is unclear. The trailer had a valid TÜV-Certificate, a tire change was not done in the immediate past.

The driver of the team paid because of a traffic offence 35 Euro fine.
