Anyone who has ever been to a café in the Lithuanian capital Vilnius will know them: Varšketukai, small curd dumplings that are visually similar to Italian gnocchi. There, the delicate dessert, whose name sounds a bit like you've filled your mouth too much while speaking, is served for breakfast.
