Dylan Lewis, I'm A Celebrity 2022 winner, reveals secret after-party hook-up footage

Dylan Lewis, winner of I'm a Celebrity... Get Me Out Of Here accidentally revealed secret footage from the wrap party of his campmates "getting on" at the show's I'm a Celebrity... Get Me Out Of Here.

The 48-year old TV host was named king of the jungle by Channel 10 on Sunday night. Brooke McClymont, country singer, took the win.

Lewis spoke out about the aftermath of Sunday's Sydney after-party on The Kyle and Jackie O Show. He said that Joey Essex and Maria Thattil, camp lovers, have rekindled their jungle romance.

He tried to keep his mouth shut, but Kyle Sandilands put pressure on him and got him to reveal secret "footage," which was the result of their rendezvous.

Sandilands inquired, "Did anything (between Maria and Joey at the after-party?)?"

Lewis stated, "I can't give you anything...but probably." Lewis then went on to say that someone had filmed Lewis and his friends doing it. I think that footage will go viral.

He said, "Oh sh*t. I shouldn't say that."

After forming a close friendship in the jungle, where they were often seen snuggling under sheets, Model Thattil, 28 and UK reality star Essex 31, were photographed reuniting at their reunion.

Thattil posted two photos from the after-party on her Instagram, one showing Essex kissing her on her cheek.

Dr Chris Brown, show host, asked Essex how she would handle Thattil's expulsion last Sunday.

She said, "I don’t know why I get shy and awkward when I talk about it."

"Joey is my friend, we are friends. We are flirty friends and agreed that the microscope was only pushing things along a bit.

Let's save it for the outside, and we'll see what happens. We are just... you never really know. We'll wait and see.

Six contestants were left in the "jungle" for Sunday night’s finale. They were eliminated one by one. Essex placed sixth, with David, the first non-celeb contestant, finishing fifth, and Emily Seebohm, the swimmer, placing fourth. Nathan Buckley, a former AFL star, was third.

Lewis joins other winners, including Abbie Chatfield last year as Queen of the Jungle, Miguel Maestre 2020 winner and Richard Reid 2019.
