The victory of Andrzej Duda for the presidency in Poland (51.2 per cent) against its rival, the moderate right-Rafal Trzaskowski, after a campaign of homophobic and anti-semitic, is now contested, not only by its opponents, but also by a european Parliament report which highlights the fact that in Poland the access to the public media is not guaranteed in a manner satisfactory to the opposition.
