The Civil Guard arrested last Thursday in Ibiza two German citizens, both 25 years old, accused of allegedly raping an 18-year-old Spanish girl. As reported this Saturday by the Ibiza and Formentera Newspaper, one of those arrested is a professional soccer player who plays for an outstanding team in the Bundesliga.

An Ibiza court ordered this Friday the admission to prison without bail for the two young people arrested as alleged perpetrators of a crime of sexual assault on a young woman who reported to the authorities that she had been raped in a villa in Sant Josep. The young woman had to be assisted by the Can Misses health services.

As reported by the Civil Guard, the events took place early Wednesday morning in a villa in the surroundings of the Cova Santa establishment, in the municipality of Sant Josep.
