"I spend my time with the mechanics and engineers and work with them," says the Pilot of McLaren in a video call. "That's what I've always done at McLaren. I want to integrate better in a Team and all get to know them better."

Norris is to improve an important part in the work with the Team and the atmosphere - and not just in the exhausting times, with several Triple headers in a row. "I enjoy making them. Otherwise, I would just fly back, to lie in my bed and Netflix look. Since I prefer to take a formula 1 to make the car apart than that."

"I don't, because we had three weekends in a row, but because I've done it often," says Norris. "It's fun to spend time with them. We laugh a lot and make some jokes."
