In the German Ice Hockey League, title favorites EHC Red Bull Munich and Adler Mannheim are just one win away from the playoff semifinals.

With an energy performance, the Adler turned a 0:3 against the Kölner Haie into a 4:3 (0:0, 1:3, 3:0) and lead in the best-of-seven series, in which to advance four Victories are necessary, now with 3:2 after successes.
